Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the EDGE GOLF INCwebsite, the Edge Golf customer app, and the in-venue POS / Admin apps run by our staff (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, booking a bay or lesson, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an account. Junior Clinic and After School registrations must be made by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password and access tokens confidential. Notify us immediately at info@edgegolf.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register and to keep it up to date.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including for chargebacks, fraud, or abusive conduct toward staff or other guests.

4. Reservations, payments, and cancellations

  • Bay, lesson, and event reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only when payment (or the membership / wallet debit) clears.
  • Cancellation and no-show rules are published at the time of booking and may differ per program. The version shown at checkout is the one that applies.
  • Gift card balances and prepaid wallet balances are non-refundable except where required by law. Recurring memberships renew on the cadence shown at sign-up; cancel from your account at any time before the next renewal.
  • Tax is charged where required by New Jersey or your local jurisdiction.

5. Venue rules

When you are in the venue you also agree to the posted house rules — safe swing practices, attire, food/beverage policy, and staff direction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who creates an unsafe environment.

6. Acceptable use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or to other guests' accounts.
  • Resell reservations, lessons, or memberships without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications to other guests.

7. Intellectual property

EDGE GOLF INC, the Edge Golf name, logos, and the Service's software are owned by us and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Email and SMS use Resend and Twilio respectively. Push notifications use Apple APNs and Google FCM. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information shown (availability, pricing, scores) will be accurate at all times. Golf simulation, ball-flight tracking, and lesson content are for entertainment and instruction only.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGE GOLF INC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EDGE GOLF INCharmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page, and material changes will be announced by email to active accounts. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
