1. Who we are
EDGE GOLF INC(“we”, “us”) operates this website, the Edge Golf customer app, the Edge Golf POS register, and the Edge Golf Admin manager app. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@edgegolf.com.
2. What we collect
- Account info— name, email, phone, and (optionally) date of birth when you create a customer account.
- Booking + lesson history— the reservations, lessons, and events you book.
- Payment data— we never store full card numbers. Card data is collected by Stripe and we only retain the last four digits + the Stripe payment token.
- Device info— for the native apps we record an anonymous push notification token so we can send booking reminders. You can revoke push permission at any time from your device settings.
- Diagnostic logs— basic request logs (IP, user agent, path) for security and abuse prevention.
We do notuse third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. The native apps ship with no Apple AppTrackingTransparency prompt because we never track you across other companies' apps or websites.
3. How we use it
We use your data to operate the venue (reservations, lessons, memberships, gift cards), send transactional messages (booking confirmations, receipts, lesson reminders), and, if you opted in, marketing emails. We do not sell personal data.
4. Push notifications
The native iOS and Android apps ask for push-notification permission the first time you sign in. We use the granted token only for booking reminders, lesson reminders, and account alerts — never marketing pushes. Revoke permission in your device settings to stop receiving them; we delete the token the next time the app starts.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the venue:
- Square (payments)
- Supabase (database hosting)
- Vercel (web hosting)
- Resend (transactional email)
- Twilio (SMS / OTP)
- Apple APNs, Google FCM (push notifications)
We never sell personal data to third parties.
6. International transfers
Our processors store data primarily in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on each processor's standard contractual clauses for cross- border transfers.
7. Retention
- Active accounts— we keep your profile and booking history for the life of the account.
- After deletion— identifying fields (name, email, phone) are removed within 30 days. Booking, payment, and tax records are retained in anonymised form for 7 years to meet accounting and U.S. tax requirements.
- Diagnostic logs— rolling 90-day retention; older entries are deleted automatically.
8. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate info, or delete your account at any time:
- Signed in — delete from inside your account (in-app deletion is also available from Settings).
- Not signed in — visit our account deletion request page for instructions or email info@edgegolf.com.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA) and EU/UK residents (GDPR) additionally have the right to know what we collect, request a portable copy, opt out of any future “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do neither), and lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
9. Children
The Edge Golf apps are not directed at children under 13. The Junior Clinic and After School programs are booked by a parent or guardian; we collect the child's first name and grade for program logistics only and never market to them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information without parental consent, email info@edgegolf.com and we will delete it.
10. Cookies
The web app uses a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The native apps store the same session token in their secure on-device storage.
11. Changes
We will update this page when we change how we collect or use data. Material changes will be announced by email to active accounts.
