Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability I understand that the use of Edge Golf's facilities, simulators, and equipment involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks. In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities, I release and hold harmless Edge Golf, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my use of the facilities, except those caused by gross negligence. I confirm that I am physically able to participate, will follow all posted rules and staff instructions, and am at least 18 years of age (or the parent/guardian of a minor participant). By signing below I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
